8-Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR)
Learn tools to reduce stress, enhance resiliency, and face the challenges of everyday life in this 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course at the CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion. All levels of experience with mindfulness and meditation are welcome.
Refund policy: There is a $75 registration fee if cancelling at least 8 days before the course orientation. 50% refund can be between 7 days and 2 days before course orientation. No Refund is available if cancellation is within 48 hours before the start of the course orientation, but the participant will be placed on a waiting list to be enrolled in the next MSC course offering.
